Voice of the American Sportsman

With decades of combined public policy and political experience, no organization has access to so many elected officials and does more to advance sportsmen’s issues in the political arena than the Congressional Sportsmen's Foundation (CSF).

CSF was initially started to provide advice, support and information for the Congressional Sportsmen’s Caucus (CSC). CSF’s relationship with the CSC provides a unique niche on Capitol Hill that is unparalleled. In 2004, driven by the success of CSF at a federal level, a broad network of state legislative sportsmen’s caucuses was created. The National Assembly of Sportsmen’s Caucuses (NASC) is affiliated with 48 states with a membership base of over 2,000 state legislators. To further complement the work at the federal and state levels, the Governors Sportsmen’s Caucus (GSC) was launched in 2009. There are now 33 members, one being a lieutenant governor, in the GSC who facilitate communication and information exchange between Governors in support of legislation and regulations that support our outdoor heritage.

Working to offer advice, information and support to these elected officials who are members of our sportsmen’s caucuses, the Congressional Sportsmen's Foundation ensures the voice of the American sportsman and woman is always heard in the halls of government.
